with HATS. The idea of creating hats blossomed in Mexico. While traveling through Mexico and being inspired by all the different colors, fabrics, the creativity and varieties of life the idea of creating hats was started. Blue Monkey hats started officially in spring 2022 in Amsterdam. Shortly after the first few original Blue Monkey hats were sold. All hats are made with love in Mexico, imported to the Netherlands and then carefully crafted to fit everyone over here perfectly. 

The ambition is to share the magic of hats. Blue Monkey hats are designed for unique occasions and enable you to explore more ways of extending your current mood or energy through the magic of a custom hat.

Blue Monkey is one of the 20 Maya archetypes. It represents the divine child with all its cheerful and playful energy. That unique energy that makes you, YOU. A Blue Monkey is unique, authentic and not afraid to show its true colors. Blue Monkeys don't make any excuses, they are who they are, and they live life all the way to 100%.

Part of every hat sold goes towards a charitable organization in Mexico. After traveling through Mexico and witnessing many different complex issues Blue Monkey wants to give back to the communities and do our bit to support such incredible people.
